Age: You must be 18 or older to shop here on your own, or have a parent/guardian helping you.
Security: If you create an account, you are completely responsible for keeping your password safe and handling any orders made through it.
Privacy: Your data is kept safe and used strictly.

Personal Use Only: You can browse and shop here for personal use. You cannot scrape our data, copy our product images, or use our logo without explicit permission.
Your Feedback: Any reviews, comments, or design ideas you send us automatically become our property to use however we’d like (without paying royalties).
Appropriate Behavior: Don't upload nasty content, viruses, or misleading claims anywhere on our site.

Custom Products: Because every single item is custom-printed with your pet’s unique face, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, is the wrong size, or has a printing mistake.
Order Changes: We send items to printing very quickly. You have exactly 24 hours from placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Once it moves to production, it cannot be modified.
Pricing & Availability: We do our best to avoid errors, but if a product has a pricing or stock mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Opt-In: By signing up for our text alerts, you agree to receive automated marketing messages and cart reminders. Message/data rates apply.
Opt-Out: You can leave at any time by replying STOP to any text we send you.

Disputes: If we ever have a legal disagreement that we can't sort out together, both parties agree to settle it through binding, individual arbitration rather than going to court. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are not permitted.
